New HPD officer sworn in


Hillsboro Mayor Drew Hastings is pictured Wednesday in his office swearing in new Hillsboro Police Department officer Andrew Gosink. Gosink previous served with the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office in the corrections division. He will start his new duties Sunday. Gosink’s appointment fills a position left vacant when Steve Browder was appointed HPD chief after the resignation of former chief Todd Whited.
