The Highland County Poultry Pigs & Lambs 4-H Club met at the Hamer Township House on Sunday, May 21. There were 14 members present for the meeting.

Demonstrations were given by Sam Hamilton, Caden Faust and Garen Ryan. Diane Waits, the club adviser, reminded members that their animals need to be in possession by June 1. The poultry order forms need to be mailed in before June 1 and they cannot be dropped off at the Extension office. The adviser also talked to the members how they need to prepare and dress for their interviews.

Tag-in day will be on June 3 from 8-10 a.m. at the fairgrounds. A showmanship clinic will be held on June 25 at the fairgrounds from 4-6 p.m.

The meeting was adjourned and refreshments were served by Owen and Garen Ryan. The next meeting will be held on June 11 at 2 p.m. at the Hamer Township House.
