Hillsboro resident Natalie N. Stanley, of East Berrysville Road, is the recipient of a $12,500 Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship to attend Wilmington College. She plans to major in biology.

She will be a 2016 graduate of Hillsboro High School, where she is a member of the National Honor Society, Phi Theta Kappa and 4-H. She was also crowned the Highland County Pork Queen.

Stanley is the daughter of Scott and Farrah Stanley of Hillsboro.
