Madison St. Clair, 18, of Hillsboro, had pulled to the side of the street on Governor Trimble Place and decided to pull back into traffic, failing to see a vehicle operated by Diane Tokar, 54, of Hillsboro, who was attempting to go around St. Clair when her vehicle was struck. Minor damage was received to both vehicles. No injuries were reported and no citations issued.

Kristi Richardson, 43, of Washington C.H., was walking across the Flagway parking lot when she was hit by a vehicle operated by Justice Stamper, 32, of Peebles.
