Humane Society Pet of the Week

0

This is Bella, a 2-year-old lab mix that is the Highland County Humane Society Pet of the Week. Bella’s previous parents abandoned her and made her scared. She’s kind of shy, but is opening up. She has a big heart and lots of love to give. The society is accepting donations for its yearly yard sale. Bring items to the shelter. It cannot take any beds, cloth furniture or adult clothing. If you have items to donate, but absolutely do not have transportation, call 937-393-2110 and the society will try to pick up your items. The yard sale will be on June 16-18. Proceeds benefit the Humane Society and will help with veterinarian bills for shots, worming medicine and spay and neuter surgeries, feline aids and leukemia tests, bordatella, and any emergencies. You can visit the dogs or drop off yard sale items at the Highland County Humane Society, 9331 SR 124, east of Hillsboro.
