Chamblins to celebrate 50th wedding anniversary

Mr. and Mrs. Rodney Chamblin of Hillsboro will be celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary next month.

Rodney Chamblin and Rachel Moore were united in marriage by Reverend Mills on Saturday, June 11, 1966 in West Union.

They have two daughters Rae Jean (Doug) Morgan of Federal, Wyo.; Rhonda (Tom) Hoadley of Burns, Wyo.; extended daughters Lisa (Larry) Corbin of South Salem; and Cheryl (Dennis) Collins of Hillsboro; six grandsons Brandon (Lisa) Morgan of Cheyenne, Wyo.; Cory (Heather) Morgan of Carpenter, Wyo.; Seth Morgan of Cheyenne, Wyo; Tyler Hoadley, Ryley Hoadley, and Justyn Hoadley all of Burns, Wyo.; special granddaughter Mackenzie Corbin of South Salem; three great- grandchildren, Shaylynn, Remington, and Maverick Morgan of Cheyenne, Wyo.

In honor of their fifty years together, the family is holding a small celebration from 1:30- 4 p.m. on Saturday June 11 at the Old Y Restaurant on U.S. 62 south of Hillsboro. Family and friends are invited to stop by and share a few moments with them. Rodney and Rachel request no gifts, just a few minutes of your time to visit.
