3 airlifted after wreck on SR 73

All three people inside a vehicle that crashed into a tree on SR 73 south of Hillsboro on Sunday were flown to University Hospital in Cincinnati, according to Branden Jackman, public information officer with the Paint Creek Joint EMS/Fire District. The wreck happened shortly after noon Sunday just south of Deadfall Road. Two were flown from the scene, one was flown after being transported to Highland District Hospital. A juvenile was partially ejected from the back seat. Jackman reminded motorists to wear seat belts, including passengers in the back seat of vehicles. Jackman said all victims were expected to recover.
