A Hillsboro man indicted last month on drug charges was indicted again Tuesday by the September session of a Highland County grand jury.

Robert W. Sions, 58, was charged in the latest indictment with trafficking in and possession of heroin, both second-degree felonies; fifth-degree felony trafficking in and possession of heroin, and fifth-degree felony possession of criminal tools.

The Rocky Fork Lake area man was also indicted last month on charges of second-degree felony trafficking in heroin and possession of heroin, fourth-degree felony possession of cocaine, and fifth-degree felony possession of cocaine. That case is pending in the Highland County Common Pleas Court.

As previously reported by The Times-Gazette, on two separate occasions in May and July, Sions was arrested by the Highland County Sheriff’s Office following traffic stops that led to the discovery of suspected drugs.

Also indicted was Felisha Ann Coonrod, 30, Kingston. She is charged with failure to comply with order or signal of a police officer, a third-degree felony, and illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, also a third-degree felony.

The charges stem from an August incident where it’s alleged that Coonrod evaded police, leading them on a chase that passed through Ross, Highland, Pike and Adams counties, as previously reported by The Times-Gazette.

• Terry L. Kaufman, 42, Hillsboro, charged with third-degree felony unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, and three counts of fourth-degree felony pandering obscenity involving a minor;
