A Hillsboro man was among those indicted after the most recent meeting of a Clinton County grand jury in Wilmington.

Nicholas D. Miller, 37, of Hillsboro and formerly of Wilmington, was indicted with aggravated possession of drugs, possessing drugs, possessing a controlled substance analog, illegal use of food stamps or WIC program benefits, trafficking marijuana, and with violating the charge of persons who may sell, purchase, distribute or deliver dangerous drugs.
