Bell Gardens Place deficiency-free in annual survey

Bell Gardens Place in Hillsboro recently underwent its annual survey from the Ohio Department of Health. Pictured are residents and staff from Bell Gardens celebrating their deficiency-free survey results. This is an annual survey which all residential care facilities are required to have by the ODH. This survey reviews documentation, resident care, human resources and several other departments. Michael Bradford, executive director at Bell Gardens Place, said he is very proud of his team and the care and support they supply to the residents.
