Allen, Grover Outstanding Junior Leaders

Halee Allen and Lauren Grover were recognized at the Highland County Fair during the Special Interest Awards program as the 2015 Outstanding Junior Leaders. Allen is a 2014 graduate of Hillsboro High School, is currently attending Southern State Community College and is a member of Marshall Stockman 4-H Club. Grover is a senior at Hillsboro High School and a member of Marshall Jr. Farmers 4-H Club. Both Allen and Grover have demonstrated excellent leadership within the Highland County Junior Leadership Club and other organizations. The Junior Leadership Club is an organized program of activities which encourages older youth to develop new knowledge, skills, and attitudes related to leadership and citizenship, while meeting with other 4-Hers from around the county.
