NCB will celebrate the retirement of Carol Wharton from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, March 31 at the NCB Kroger Branch in Hillsboro. Wharton has been a long-standing NCB team member for over 25 years. Cookies and punch will be served.
