City, Wilkin dismissed from Wagoner suit

The city of Hillsboro and its safety and service director, Todd Wilkin, have been dismissed as defendants in a lawsuit filed by Doug Wagoner Insurance.The motion to dismiss the city and Wilkin was granted Wednesday in Hillsboro Municipal Court by judge Robert Judkins, who is presiding over the case.Judkins was ruling on a motion by Doug Wagoner Insurance to voluntarily dismiss the action against the city and Wilkin.
