For his birthday, his wife Gayle had this custom robe made sporting the “Scarlet and Gray.” It arrived Tuesday just in time for the Highland County common pleas judge to sentence a defendant from Michigan, who was placed on community control – which was probably considered a light sentence under the circumstances.
