HHS girls swing past Wilmington

The Hillsboro Lady Indians golf team took to the road on Monday evening to take on the Wilmington Lady ‘Cane and won the match with a final of 192-221.

Kristin Jamieson was medalist of the match with a score of 40, Hannah Rumpke scored a 48, Emily Loudin had a 50, both Abby Harrison and Larkyn Parry scored a 54 and Abby Myers shot a 61.

For Wilmington, Heather Fryman shot a 48, Lindsay Murphy a 51, Meredith Robinson a 61, Carrie Robinson a 61, Brooklyn Taylor shot a 62 and Madylin Steinnetz scored a 70.

The Hillsboro girls gold team is now 12-1 on the season and will travel to Miami Trace on Wednesday at 4:30 p.m.
