Highland County Titans holding tryouts

The 13U Highland County Titans are holding tryouts for the 2016 season. The team plays in the Southwest Ohio League and home games are played at Liberty Park in Hillsboro. Players cannot turn 14 before May 1, 2016. A meeting for those interested will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, Sept 13 at Liberty Park, 104 Diamond Drive, Hillsboro. Highland County Hammers holding tryouts

The Highland County Hammers 15U Baseball team will be holding tryouts for their 2016 baseball season Sunday August 30, 2015 at the Hammers home field located at the corner of Stafford Road and State Route 28 east of Leesburg next to the rest area from 3-5 p.m. Players cannot turn 16 before May 1, 2016.

Potential players should expect to demonstrate basic baseball skills including fielding, running, hitting and pitching. The Hammers are looking to fill positions at starting pitcher and outfield and are anticipating playing 30-35 games during the months of June and July.
