Leininger signs with Otterbein


Bailey Leininger is pictured with her mother Dana Berryman and Lynchburg-Clay track Coach Shawn McLaughlin as she signs her letter of intent to join the Otterbein University track team. Bailey is a senior at Lynchburg-Clay and currently holds the school record in the Discus throw of 115’10”. She is a two time Regional Qualifier in the Discus and finished 5th last year at Regionals just one place from making it to the State meet in Columbus. Bailey is heading to Otterbein with a 4.0 high school grade point average and wants to study Systems of Engineering at the university.
