New attorney sworn-in this week

Kathryn (Katy) Ann Wickline, right, was sworn-in Monday as a new attorney by Highland County Probate and Juvenile Judge Kevin Greer after she recently passed the Ohio State Bar exam. Wickline, the daughter of David and Mindy Wickline of Peebles, is a 2009 graduate of Whiteoak High School. She received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration cum laude from Shawnee State University, and earned her Juris Doctorate in May from Salmon P. Chase College of Law. She recently worked as an extern in the Highland County Prosecutor’s Office, and is currently working as a law clerk for the Cincinnati Bar Association. She plans to seek employment in the Hillsboro area or surrounding communities. She is engaged to Benjamin Ruark of Hillsboro.
