The Highland County Sheriff’s Office has released the following information:
May 26
INCIDENT/CHARGE
A resident of North High Street in Mowrystown reported a domestic dispute. After investigation, Jamie W. Hattan, 49, of Mowrystown, was charged with having a weapon while intoxicated.
May 27
INCIDENTS/CHARGES
Deputies responded to the 12000 block of Barger Road after a report of suspicious activity. After investigation, Justin A. Stubbs, 45, of South Salem, was charged with criminal damaging, criminal trespass and resisting arrest.
A resident of the 100 block of Forest Avenue in Leesburg reported an altercation. After investigation, Brandon M. Green, 20, of Bethel, was charged with violating a protection order.
May 28
INCIDENT
A deputy responded to the 1400 block of S.R. 73 after a call of trespassing. After investigation, a male was trespassed from the property.
