Ballot set for Highland County general election

The candidates and issues have been set on the ballot by the Highland County Board of Elections for the general election in Highland County on Tuesday, Nov. 5.

“We have over 2,000 absentee ballot requests to start going out,” said Highland County Board of Elections Director Michelle Swallen. “I think it will be steady.”
